We were at a nice resort near Fig Tree Bay on Cyprus. It was like a dream come true. But every morning at 8:00 AM something crazy would happen: the Towel War. Even though it was not the time of year people would run from breakfast to save the best spots by the pool with their towels. It did not feel like it fit with the resort. This problem bothered me because I am a designer. My husband was already thinking of a solution because he is a developer.

The perfect team: Stop "Towel war"

My husband has always wanted to build a product that really helps people and makes their lives easier. He wanted to find a way to make beach maintenance easier than using paper and pen. We both had an idea. He started figuring out how a reservation system would work. I started drawing what it would look like. Why should people at a resort have to fight for a sunbed when we can book a flight in seconds?

Building the Adminero Ecosystem

We went home with a plan for Adminero.
We looked deeper because of my husbands vision of a product that does everything.
We realized that hotels needed a solution to make the whole guest experience not just beach reservations.

So we made:
Sunrero: booking app for sun loungers / sunbeds - A solution to stop the towel wars.
Kamarero: digital menu
Rezervero: organizing conference romm reservations and wellness

Our Goal: Creating Invisible Hospitality

Now we work together to help hotels get past the old way of doing things with paper and towels. While I make sure the guest experience is as nice and easy to use as the resort my husband focuses on building an reliable platform that makes life easier for the staff. One reservation, at a time we are helping the hotel business become smart not just selling software.
